Check your battery!
Mine was just as bad, went to start it one day and nothing. Found all the corrosion when I went to jump it. The terminal block is replaceable by itself. I believe it is called a terminal fuse or something like that, bought it from the Ford dealer for $45. All the cables bolt or clip into it...- Hopp

Where to start?
I have the same issue. Ive seen posts about the knock sensor wires chaffing on the block, mine looked fine and were running, and also check all the vacuum lines in case they were loose but found them all in place. Also check the MAP sensors for any build up. I've seen posts on the F-150 ecoboost...- Hopp
