Is this a common thing with the SHO? This is the second time within a year that a spark plug blew apart. Luckily, the first time only the top broke off.
They were champion spark plugs.
had a spark plug blow apart on me a block away from home. Drove it home, took the plug out and found that not only the top tip of the plug was broke but the wire that runs through the porcelain insulator was missing and the bottom part of the porcelain insulator below the hex nut was gone also...
Can anyone tell me if there is some kind of washer between the timing belt idler pully and bracket on my 3.2? I can't remember if there was one there when I took it off.
Also, if my timing belt has no marks on it to line up with my cams, does it matter how I put it on?
Can I use a crank timing sprocket off a 3.0 to replace the one on my 3.2. They look identical. And if I do change them, are there any adjustments necessary?
If the metal vanes are bent slightly on my original sprocket, will it still work properly?

I have the same problem right now except the fuse (new one ofcourse) keeps blowing when I start the car. Trying to figure out why it keeps blowing now.
Any ideas?
