Just a note this happened to me. If you have a performance package with the oil cooler then it is impossible to get the C clip on without removing the downpipe. At least that's my experience. I was able to get the rod back on the actuator but not the c clip....if you don't have the oil cooler...

It's been around three weeks. The loss of power was noticeable and I scan the car a lot. I've been troubleshooting it since it happened a little at a time.

So I have this exact same problem at the moment. The wastegate actuator isn't connected to anything on the front turbo. I have a picture of it but can't really get to it from above. I can feel it with my hands but that doesn't do me much good. Anyone know the best way to get to the clip...
I have this same issue. Just updated to Sync 3 with an APIM from a 17 explorer (on 2013 SHO) and just lost the voice button. Hopefully they will release an update.

I'm not sure it's professional enough to charge anyone for it, :) but I will say that so far it seems to work very well (as in as good as the stock box for heat rejection although I do have it lined with reflectix type material...not claiming any horsepower gains but it should flow pretty well...
