How many miles? I have a 98 too and my build date is 7/9/98. Now if it is a 98, then the factory warranty is already over. If it is less than 36k miles I would still ask them to lower the price to about $13 with a Ford ESP until 100k. Rene Carlos Cruz 98 SHO "Isabel"- CRUZR
