The fluid was shanged @50k, 100k and @155k & it was in normal condition when last serviced...

Thanks for your post Shotimer but this is part of the problem that is so perplexing. When you mash on it pretty good but without holdig it on down it shifts fine. The problem mostly occurs through moderate acceleration. And sometimes you can actually feel it shift back down to 1st and then...
