Hello everybody, I finally decided to get back into Shos again. My first sho was bought by my mom and dad in july of 1988 red in color in 1991 I ended up with it what a blast it was third gear the best and it didn't seem to have a rev limiter or maby it was a indy style, I was hooked. Eventually I lost interest lol and sold. A few years went by and the cravings came back and I bought a silver 1989 which I converted to rod shift it was so easy to burn up the clutch or shaft the mtx which I did. Then I lost intrest again traded off lol. Years later the craving came back I purchased a black 92 mtx and flew to seattle and drove back I had the car for a year hardly drove it and on a sunday on the interstate I went underneath a truck that decided to leave toe onramp and jump all the way over to outside lane it was totaled nobody was hurt and that's whats important but the car was gone. So I found a 1993 in Denver and bought it ,it needed fixed ovisoually had a hard life I kept for a year or so then used on a trade for a 2003 svt cobra convert redfire which I still have. But the craving didn't stop so I bought a white 1991 had power hood to restore I also bought a 1991 gold with a power hood for parts. I stripped the gold sho and stored the parts the white sho I redid the heads rod bearings all that fun stuff that shos eat cause they liked to leak oil lol. And stripped down to paint I primered it and it went under cover and put away lost intrest took way too much apart and not enough time or intrest to complete I know how terrible. Present day I bought a white 1992 mtx out of silverton Co nice straight sho I will redo this one lol however the last owner decided to use screws un the driver door molding cause it was coming off outch off that came lol I think I have said enough about my sho life I am looking for a white replacement molding and I have a lot of 89-91 parts whatever I don't keep I will be selling.
