The sizes range as follows - 2400, 2425, 2450, 2475, 2500, 2525, 2550, etc..... The most common shim size by far is 2500. When doing a valve shim on stock heads with stock cams it is very uncommon for me to need anything smaller than 2400 or larger than 2600. Partly for that reason those sizes are less common. I probably have 50 2500s vs maybe 3 or 4 2675s. These odd ball sizes become very important when dealing with custom ground heads and cams.I think the range is from about 2 to 2.7, so oddball by the definition above is around 14 sizes vs the 4 others.
