It's a coolant line that cools down your cam far as I understand it go's from where the water pump is to under ur block where your cams are

    Hey Jimmy
    Someone is messing with you.

Only thing that cools the cams is the engine oil.

Intake cam on front head is driven by a belt from the water pump. That is as close to coolant as your cams should get.

There are a bunch of hoses all around the water pump. Easier to view them if you take out the battery and battery box.

The oil cooler is located on the front of the engine between the radiator and engine.
Easiest to look at from under the car.
There are 2 hoses down there that are common failures. They are short and a pain to put on. There is also coolant lines running into and out of the throttle body but they usually don't leak.
