Reach out to Livernois and give them a chance to do some trouble shooting...if there is an issue. I am much more interested in acceleration results than dyno results. My 2010 MKS went from 13.6 ETs to 12.6 and daily drivability was VASTLY improved. I ran their tunes for around 50,000 fun filled and dragstrip used miles.

I now have a Mustang GT that was naturally aspirated. Just their tune took me from 12.1 to 11.6. Again, drivability and transmission behavior was nothing short of perfection. I have since added a supercharger so I can't use their email tune but I have been thinking about taking my car to their shop for tuning.

I cannot speak for 2013+ SHOs or MKSs. My experience with the 2010 MKS and 2018 Mustang has been superb.

Hi. I used Dynojet 4x4 and in 4th gear. You don't answer emails, I called and spoke to Dave because I called him, because you don't answer emails. After talking to Dave, he sent me an email saying that everything is fine and it is not. I sent him all the information they asked for and they did not change the tuning.
My stock car without your parts and tunig has more HP and torque. I insist you are not what your website sells. I'm going to buy a downpipe with no cats for my car, but I'm not going to buy it from you, I no longer trust you.

I researched LMS carefully before going with AJP Turbo for my tuning needs. In many automotive applications, we are either limited to canned tunes or the cost/complexity of custom tuning is off-putting.

For this platform, the ability to tailor a tune to your specific vehicle is both simple (done via log analysis) and cost-effective. Nothing against LMS, but for my needs there were better options out there.

While I agree with you there are “canned” tunes out there for this platform that didn’t have the major issues LMS 2013+ tunes did and wouldn’t expect Brad or Matt to deny its their tune, blame the owners and try to sell them more parts instead of addressing an issue in their tunes until they hurt motors, several large threads were posted about it and people started using other tuning hardware to prove the tunes were unsafe before acting to fix anything. Not to mention how LMS handled failures like BPD and if you do some googling you will see failures of other platforms and their response is the same.

This was a couple years ago for me. Bought my SHO new and loaded Brad's tune shortly after (5K miles).

Catching up a bit, it's a shame they took such a bad turn. Having modified on a few platforms, I'm impressed with using an SCT device and being able to fine-tune via logs (vs. having to tune on a dyno).
