Reach out to Livernois and give them a chance to do some trouble shooting...if there is an issue. I am much more interested in acceleration results than dyno results. My 2010 MKS went from 13.6 ETs to 12.6 and daily drivability was VASTLY improved. I ran their tunes for around 50,000 fun filled and dragstrip used miles. I now have a Mustang GT that was naturally aspirated. Just their tune took me from 12.1 to 11.6. Again, drivability and transmission behavior was nothing short of perfection. I have since added a supercharger so I can't use their email tune but I have been thinking about taking my car to their shop for tuning. I cannot speak for 2013+ SHOs or MKSs. My experience with the 2010 MKS and 2018 Mustang has been superb.
