I found Don Mallinson's SFSN (SHO Fast Sedan News) on the Prodigy BBs back in '90-'91 or so. Been on the mail lists and Forums since then.

Many of you weren't even born yet!!!

    Yes.

When I bought the new '89 in '89, I found that i was near rhe middle of the age group buying a new SHO. And I'm sure the buyers of the new Eco cluster around 40-45 as the average age.

FWIW, the Legacy Forum did a poll a few years ago of new Lgt buyers (average price around $30-35K). The average age was around 27, with 27 being the most common age.

    Draw your own conclusions.

I'm sure... I just remember the 'good ole days' when SHO's commanded more money than they do now. Modding SHO's were a little more difficult with the options back then and SHO Shop was THE place to go, even if they did screw you over.

I had nothing but good luck with them, except when his vendors were slow. The shipping problems near the end showed his background as an engineer, not a business guy.

I've been here since May of 2001 and still going strong. I was a member of a message board that emailed the messages to you well before that. I'm here for the long haul.

A number of us still are on the SHO mailing lists. One for V6, two for the V8, and one for Eco. I still like them better in many ways. S'pend more time there than here.

Something just occurred to me, and I went to my Favorites, and found it:

    http://forums.delphiforums.com/SHOtimes/?

Can't believe it still exists! I found my old login, and my last visit was 9/27/2008!
