Long time since I posted last. So to make a long story short I need to replace lower control arms (ball joint bad on one side figured might as well hit drivers side too), struts (major cupping on inside edge of front tires), and front brakes. Since I have no experience replacing struts or a control arm before, is it best to do this job all at once, i.e. pulling brakes off to make easier access to strut? Any help would be appreciated.

I just got done replacing all of this on mine. Buy new lower control arms. They have the bushings and ball joint already installed. And to do it right, you will need to remove brakes and rotors. It's handy to have a second person or a second jack to help position the new strut. The list control arm on mine only had 3 bolts to remove and then the ball joint. Came right out. If you need more specifics let me know.

You feel replacing all at once made the job easier? You pull rotor and caliper then lower control arm then strut? Then put them back in reverse order?

Make sure to look up for check the service manual for all the torque specs for the brake components, under or over torqued brake components cause uneven wear, and use brake lube. It seems daunting but doing all you homework ahead of time will make it easier.
