single best performance improvement is a tune. everything depends on what your goal is if you have one and what your wallet looks like

I would start with a power pack they come with a tuner, a 170 thermostat; 1 step colder plugs and a 2.5 or 3 bar map plus tune.
Okay yeah I have recently come across that site and that sounds like something that would work well.
So with the power packs that come with the package that one decides to run with and the one step hotter plug what would u suggest otherwise for just putting. Upgrading to different plugs with out the package and could one run a hotter plug with out the package just for tune up wise
Currently have ehh bout 107000 on it for miles.

I would just get the power pack, I ran one step colder plugs for a little while and all I got was lower mpg (2 mpg to be exact) and usually the power packs are safe for higher mileage cars. I would go with gearhead, 5star , ortiz performance or unleashed tuning.
