I'm sure there are a few people on here that still remember me (mainly Kirk and Nimz). I came to the forums when I bought my first 1998 TR SHO back in 2001. Then I purchased a Black 91 sometime in 03 (i think).

Fast forward to now. I went out on a search for a cheap clean gen 1 and happened to find only junk around me (with the exception of a Black 91 that I wished I had the money for at the time).

Instead I found this 92 :D (It's blue the photos just didn't turn up that well for some reason)

103 miles on everything, service records in the glove box, full leather (in damn good condition), and most important....NO RUST (with the exception of some service rust but who cares).

Also my wife thinks I'm stuck on SHOs, I don't think so. I bought a Mazdaspeed 6 in 07 so I at least TRIED something else right? :)

The only thing this car needs is a 60k which is going to be done within the next week, and a clutch. Not even a broken motor mount.

Nice 92 and Blue (only 820 made, rarest 92 color) What is the interior color? I'm partial to 92's since I have a couple of them.

It has a gray full leather interior - the passenger and rear seats were hardly ever sat in. Runs nice and smooth too.

    It cleaned up nice!

I'll try to post up some pics of the interior as well since it's now all cleaned up. Poor leather was sooooooooo dry I'm amazed it didn't catch fire when the sun came out.

    I remember you, welcome back!

What happened with the Mazdaspeed 6, I noticed your signature.

I had one and I LOVED it, but it got totaled by some idiot.

Engine issues and I'm tired of feeling like I can't press the gas below 3k rpms. The thing has to go.

Its a good looking yard ornament. Cut the roof off and turn it into a planter.

Yea the general idea is that the mzr can't handle boost below 3k and the little turbo spools so fast.

Yes I am! Though I'm resisting the SHO bug for now. I think the wife would kill me if I bought another one.

I thought the same thing. I even said "I won't buy cars older than 10 years" and then look what happened.

She isn't a big fan of me "going back in time" as she calls it. Oh well :)
