So I cut the rear springs today and was easy enough with all the great info people put out there, much appreciated!!

    First 2 pics original, 2nd 2 cut.

I had to cut some shrink wrap for the front seat, soaked and dirty as F..,, would have been interesting if pulled over:)

I did the samething with mine. Then when I pulled her from daily duties, she got H&R's.

H&Rs are like 200 bucks, why would you bother cutting your stock springs? I know some people don't care about retaining their stock parts because they never plan on re-selling, but I'm the kind of guy to save every nut and bolt, just in case.

I leveled my car at first because I was driving 450 miles a week. I wanted the stock ride height, but I hated how much wheel gap the rear had. So I did my research and the best option was cutting the springs. It made the car look 100% percent better IMO.

After I installed my H&R's, I then sold my cut springs to a kid with a PI sedan and it leveled his car as well. I won't revert the car back to stock when I sell it so, keeping the stock parts isn't a priority.

I'm with SM105K on this one, I get keeping everything and respect it, but rebuilding crane components and literally tracking every nut, bolt and washer from tear down to refurbished my car is my escape from that.
    Plus I'm cheap.
