So, the car has only been in the body shop for four days, but it seems like an eternity!! Amazing how expensive a little accident can get. Sure, insurance is paying to get it fixed, but the time without it seems almost priceless!! I hope it comes back to me looking like it did before the accident... I just thought I would post these here to stare at while I wait for it to come home. sho 1.jpg sho ceramic 2.jpg

Yeah well..... Some things are just hard to let go of. I think a tune and exhaust might be next. Or a trade in... hell, who knows.

I just got my car back last week after 2 months of it sitting at a few shops and then finally being repaired. Tough times haha.

Thursday or Friday is the newest update for getting mine back. Being done through Caliber Collision so I'm pretty confident in their time estimate. We'll see.

Tune it! You'll be kicking your ass for not doing it sooner...

Sorry to hear that man. Hang in there, the wait is worth it. Make sure you check the paint over very carefully, I had the body shop redo about a dozen spots that weren’t quite right. Some spots had fish eyes on it other spots needed to be buffed more and so on. They aren’t getting paid until you sign the receipt and they want you to be happy.

Oh and find out if they waxed the panels that were damaged!

Finally back in my hands and better than before the accident. Caliber Collision did a great job on it. Kept me informed during the process and even had me come up to the shop to look at it before completion to address touch ups.
