So I know the 10-12 have a schraeder valve on the firewall to relieve the fuel pressure in the lines but do not see anything of the sorts for the 13+ cars. How is everyone else doing so?

This is more or less a general question for the next time I have to change plugs since my XDI35 is right over the coil and the fuel line needs to be pulled to pull the coil out.

Pull off the low pressure fuel line off. Dont make any sparks.

You could also pull the fuse for the electric fuel pump and start the engine till it stalls.

I usually pull the fuse but didn’t know if this was bad for the injectors at all which is why I was seeing if there was a better way to approach this

Not sure if the XDI is different from the LMS pump, but with the LMS pump all I have to do is disconnect the low side line, then the pump rotates 45 degrees so that it is out of the way of the coil.
