Hey guys, new here and not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this type of question. Anyways here it goes.
I have a 2013 SHO, performance package with the 20” wheels etc. I have a Livernois tune and I’m running the 3-bar v11 91 octane tune (I have LMS 87, 89, then performance 91 and 93 octane tunes), I basically just run the 91 since that gas is more prevalent than 93.
The tune is great, and I can really feel the power in sport mode when using the paddle shifters. With that said, I notice a major difference between tune and stock shifting.
When in stock, I can keep my foot on the gas all the way and shift and it won’t “shutter” or “jump”, if that makes sense.
With the tune, I find myself having to ease off the gas a bit in order to get a “smooth shift”. Personally, I like doing pulls from 2nd to 3rd gear, get a lot of HP and torque that way, but if I keep my foot on the gas without letting up, it’s a pretty harsh and aggressive shift, almost feels like I’m going to break something.
I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue, if anyone knows any possible resolutions etc.
Yes, I was told by livernois that the shifting will be more firm at first, but I am roughly 500 miles in and the adaptive tables haven’t seemed to quite adapt to this I guess. I also run a brand new, stock transmission (the other one was shot, so I had to replace it)
I basically just want to be able to keep my foot on the gas and shift relatively smooth. I have read up on some other threads talking about shift pressure, PCMs and TSBs, but I’ll be totally honest I don’t really know what all that means. Also read something regarding transmission mounts.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much y’all.

Cordell you need to move this to the Gen 4 section. This is the older cars section. Just copy and paste a new post in that section.

Tons of people had same issue, lots of threads here about that. Contact LMS for an update, think they are up to V17 now. Mine still didn't want to shift on the new one tho fwiw.
