    HI All,
Is that stuff necessary? Or even the whole cover? I traded in a 17 fuspo for this 18 SHO and the mice love that stuff. The Fusion seemed to get them nesting on top of the cabin air filter, so when you pulled out the filter the whole nest falls into the duct work. Now they love my SHO too. At least the wool is easy to get to. How does everyone keep the rodents away from your car? I've tried traps all over, poison, they just store it in their nest.

The SHO engine cover is just a noise dampener/look pretty thing. Doesn't have to be there.

Have you tried giving the mice an eviction notice?

Try taking it off and storing it in case you want to put it back on or need it to sell the car.
