I tried searching for an exhaust manifold removal but nothing primarily showed up so I'm looking to see how you remove them cause they see a lil tight to get to the bolts .

Manual (MTX) or Automatic (ATX) transmission? Front or rear manifold? The heat shield is held on with bolts, but the manifold is held on with nuts. If this is the rear MTX manifold, there's not enough room to get it off. The cylinder head has to be removed with the manifold still attached to it.

it's a 93 MTX and I don't think I'm a do all that I'm better off just cutting the studs and drilling out the rest and installing helicoils

I don't think that's possible. Not enough room to get a cutting wheel in between the manifold pipes. You could take the heat shield off the front manifold so that you can see what you are dealing with.
