I don't want to be testing e85 at the gas station so looking at a sensor. I have the XDI 35. I believe it's this analyzer and the correct sensor is 13577429 for the SHO but I'm uncertain.

    https://www.fuel-it.com/bluetooth-flex-fuel-analyzer/

They mention on that URL a recommended fittings and fuel line but no link to it and there isn't any SHO specific information on the site. I'll contact them but wonder if someone here could direct me to what exactly I need.

    Thank you.

That was helpful thank you. It seems there was some fab to do. I'm wondering if there is a turn-key set of components.

You can probably order the fuel line from a website. I just happen to have a good relationship with the performance shop down the road, and since it was just a fuel line, asked them to make it.

Line will need to be around 15 inches iirc, Ford quick disconnect females on both sides, and everything needs to be 3/8”. This is if you are connecting to a stock HPFP or Livernois HPFP.

The line length will depend on where ford ran the fuel line... my 2010 had it coming straight out towards the front, my 2016 it had a 90 degree bend. Which effects length hose needed...

Sounds like a wish list for some girls I used to know...

I have a post with the exact parts you need around here somewhere... it’s a picture of the receipt with each part called out to build the line.

    Found it..

If you already have the XDI, all you need is the proper fitting which is:

You unscrew the male fitting that feeds into your OE fuel line and replace it with the one above. And yes, that is the correct ethanol sensor that you listed.

If I could read... totally missed you have the XDI-35...

Call Gearhead or XDI. They have a premade line specifically for the ethanol sensor...

    Gearhead - 9797037338
    XDI - 2487737840

This is what you need for the side going to the ethanol sensor... it just screws into fuel line...

If you need more pictures let me know.. I’m not 100% sure what the line looks like that comes with the XDI for non ethanol setups.. realistically it would just be the connector and possibly the angled fitting as well... but it’s standard stuff so it should be easy!
