Pull your codes, codes can be set without a check engine light

Try cleaning the maf. Try running the diagnostics for each injector. Ill link up a page of a how to, its pretty neat how the cars can do it. Save this site. Has helped me alot of the past couple years with the engines.
Click on care and feeding, then under engine control is diagnostics instructions. The eec self test. The koer one at the end it will test individual injectors and give you like 9 flashes to show no issues or it will flash the cylinder number where the issue is if its fuel or spark related. It flashed 2 cylinders for me before and ended up just needing new spark plugs. So it can be either fuel or spark but lets you know what cylinder to take some guess work out.

I've had several cases where the car runs fine under gentle acceleration, but bogs down under load. Caused by a dirty MAF. There may also be a vacuum leak somewhere.

Maf sensors are way to picky. Would be nice to convert it to map, i know megasquirt for another car i have converted the maf to map interally in the ecm and it is alot better. Just had to run a vacuum line through the firewall to the ecm as the map was literally in the ecm
