So I've had my 16 p.p. for about 100K now. It seems a little lackluster. I'm not sure if I'm use to the power, or something is wrong. I feel something is wrong. The reason is every once and a while, the car will pull, then pull harder when accelerating to pass from 60-80. Has anyone looked at pids enough to know if 5-600 counts of knock on knock 1 and 2 is "normal" at wot acceleration from 60-80 or just a wot pull from a stop. Individual cylinder knock counts are not changing for each cylinder. I've noticed spark advance as low as 15 degrees, but as high as 20. I think I'm not getting the timing I should. Octane learned is 100% Eq-rat (O2) desired and actual are matching. Short term fuel is about 1%, long term is 10/11ish. Fuel rail pressur actual and desired are similar. Didnt have fuel line pressure actual and desired, but low pressure is around 80-90 psi @ 45%. Tcbp, tcpbdsd and map are similar. Vct difference doesn't change much maybe 3 degrees. During the pull itself. Trans isn't slipping, torque converter isnt locking up like I would like to see. Intake air temps seem spot on. Does the factory calibration work iat into timing? No misfires felt. Does anyone know what knock-sprk is and what its telling me? I remember that I could put it in 3rd at highway speeds and get put back in the seat some with a wot pull. Shoot, I had an EcoBoost f150 get away from me (not sure if it was a 3.5 or a 2.7, NOT a raptor). I'm just not sure if I'm crazy, or if there is a problem. I'll see if I can get my data logs uploaded.
