I joined awhile ago, but am finally putting out my intro. I'm going to be upfront with you, I have been putting this off, because I joined to find my SHO a good home!

I am the original owner of a 1990 SHO, Red with the Sand leather interior, well equipped. At one time it was my pride and joy. I used to be a SHO club member and still have the original magazines, and the original SHO t-shirts. I tried to keep it in top condition for a long time, always garaged and not driven all the time, but then it started to burn tons of oil and I sent it to a guy in Maryland who specialized in SHO work (I can't remember the name of the shop) and had him rebuild the engine. Spent $9K on it! He bored it out to 3.2 liters and upgraded the front brakes a little bit as well. But it spent the whole summer sitting out side has he took forever to do the work. I called all the time, but got excuses all the time. That was the beginning of the a decline for my poor SHO. Also due to other issues in my life at the time, after I got it back it had to live outside the garage, and it just started to go down hill from there.

I enjoyed it immensely, and used it hard, it has well over 90k miles on it. (yes I has the 90K service done) I actually used it to tow my Ski Nautique for many summers, it was easily a 3000 lb load . It was actually a GREAT tow vehicle, the power and tight suspension and better brakes were great! However it has seen many better days. It hasn't been driven in 5 years. Three + years ago I moved, and I couldn't take my SHO with me. It was not drive-able at the time, so I put in outdoor storage (it was cheap, what can I say? ). Below I have a photo of the day I had it taken to storage. I haven't been to see it since, but it is still there. I have contemplated getting it fixed up, for old time sake but after all this time, I am making the very difficult decision to let it go.

Honestly the car is in bad shape, paint and interior are trashed, it did run but had a slight hesitation issue, so likely it is good for parts, but maybe, just maybe some one else will want to restore it. I just want it to go to some one who will get some good use out of it in some way and figured the most interested individuals are here.

I live in the Harrisburg PA area. If you are interested in helping my car find a new home, let me know. I'm not looking to get much for it, best offer by Jan 10th can have it.

Hey, sorry to take a while to get back to you! Thanks for your interest. What do you think about $200.00? Note the Car is stored over near Hershey.
