92 Taurus sho airbag light blinks three then two. What’s going on how do I shut it off or fix the problem?

Airbag code 32 is driver's airbag open circuit. Most often, this is a failed clockspring in the steering column. Last time I checked, these were still available, so I would change it so the airbag will work.

No. the usual default is to make it inoperable. It won't pass inspection with the airbag light blinking (at least mine did not here in VA) but operating should be fine. Unless there are more faults triggered by an issue in the clockspring like horn cruise control and other steering wheel button functions.
