    I just brought the 2014 SHO AWD and what to change all the fluids, Does anyone have any suggestions on the best fluids to use??

    Congrats on the purchase! My personal recommendations:

    Mobil 1 5w30 Oil
    Motorcraft FL500S Oil Filter
    Motorcraft Mercon LV Transmission Fluid
    Redline Synthetics 75w140 PTU Fluid
    Redline Synthetics 75w90 RDU Fluid

    If you want to flush coolant, just the Motorcraft Orange works great.

    Then get a power pack and a tune with premium fuel and enjoy it!

    Keep on top of coolant changes for sure. The Orange stuff contains elasticizer, and even tho the seals are made to handle it, has caused sludge issues in other Ford model lines that are supposedly compatible.
