I was at the local pick n pull yesterday and couldn't help but recognize this. A blue/gray manual ‘95 w/ ~89k miles. Overall cleaner than average, including the interior. 3 of the cobra wheel replicas are still there but one has rash. The other 2 (in the picture) are very clean. I also noticed this little white Ford looking straight at the SHO, seemingly begging to have the Yamaha swap done...

One of the guys in the FB group just sold that car a few months back. Said it was shipped from Ohio to Colorado. Has no idea why it's in the yard now.

People with those cobra rims (if they are the Ford units) should grab them and have an extra in case of damage. Hard to find.

I saw that on fb too. That needs to be taken out of there whole. Can you see any reason why it's in there?

Nothing obvious. Some parts have been pulled but overall the car is very clean. Everything looks original. No new parts I could see anywhere. I was really surprised to see that there. Unfortunately in processing cars for the self serve yard they are basically raped beyond repair. I considered this once years ago but after looking at how much needed to be replaced... no thanks.

I didn’t look closely but they appear to be replicas. The two without damage are very glossy and newish looking.

Last time I really went to the junk yard here in Denver, the most stock looking SHO had cams, Extrude Hone runners, valve springs, 80mm MAF, LPM SHO Shop exhaust and a few other things. Though, this was like 2004/2005. It paid for supercharging my car at the time.

I saw one a few years back in a yard that had Tokicos all around and probably springs too. Couldn't quite pay $200+ for used struts though.

I also just let a 1995 hard button EATC get crushed by not getting it when spotted; didn't imagine they aren't keeping cars in the yard for even two months now.
