    Tires for 2016 SHO

I don't think you're going to have room up front. I run one size over stock on stock wheels (255/45-20) and these tire would be almost 1 1/2 inches taller than mine. I think anything over 1/2" - 3/4" taller than mine is going to rub up front from looking at mine when the wheels are turned...

    Tires for 2016 SHO

I concur. I don't recommend much but I do recommend these tires to anyone that will listen.

    Water pump and timing chain

They replaced half the parts on the car but not the 2x cam phasers? And what's an "e-tube asy" @ almost $100? I guess they don't call it the stealership for nothing! Is the retro looking circa 1975'ish billing statement supposed to make you feel better after the molestation? FWIW, I request...

Gearhead Tune just broke my lumbar support!!!

Mine only has 3 switches, not 4, so I guess it does not.

Do the '10-'12 cars have Active Motion Seats available?

    AD Trans Mount

Did you do this after you had already had them installed and ran it for a while or right off the bat? I'm thinking about doing this after having them installed for a while. If he had a rubber option to replace the urethane bushing I think I'd opt for that. It would still be way stiffer than...

    AD Trans Mount

Did you look at the destructions? I just installed mine a few months ago and am pretty sure he listed them. Make sure you use SILICONE grease.

Has anybody used Nitto NT01 for drag racing

I run 255-45-20 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's. That's one size larger than stock on stock '10-'12 wheels. FWIW, I have zero complaints for traction on the street in all conditions over 50F. I have the lower geared PP car with a Gearhead 91-93 tune. I mention this because I don't see many...

    Very Impressed . . .

You have to have a sponsor that is willing to introduce you to Anthony in the corner of a remote parking lot. Do you know the secret handshake?

The Good, The Bad, and The UGLY

He's saying the opposite. Boost is restriction to flow. Gale Banks explains it nicely.

    Sourcing Front Lower Control Arms

I've heard nothing good about Moog lately either. One of the mechanics I take our cars to basically refuses to use anything other than OEM. He's been around a long time though and can afford to turn away plenty of work. Saves him a lot of dealing with pizzed off customers too I suppose.

Gearhead Tune just broke my lumbar support!!!

That's pulling UP approximately 500 lbs. on the steering wheel....

    Sourcing Front Lower Control Arms

I just replaced mine in my '12 with Motorcraft from Rock Auto. The "clunk" on mine was from the rear bushing on one side. The balljoints were still fine at around 120,000 miles. I'm sick of buying unknown junk and it only seems worse due to the times we're living in so just spent the extra...

Gearhead Tune just broke my lumbar support!!!

The white Mustang GT was all that and a bag of chips (dating myself) until I got along side of him and out pulled him a few times from 30-60 or so. I finally got next to him at a light and he didn't want to play anymore. LOL! The next light he was behind me so I floored it anyways and looking...

    Water pump and timing chain

"Came over to my shop at 3 I'm the afternoon on Monday and showed up back at the shop the next morning with the car complete." Now that's service! I always joke around about there not being any independent mechanics that work overnights.

    Water pump and timing chain

Sounds like you got a helluva deal then. I've been under the impression that anyone with a hoist will opt to drop the engine/subframe from the car and do it on the floor. Why did he opt to do it from the top? That's why I chose to have someone else do mine too.

    Tesla Plaid.

I've been watching a channel on YouTube where a Tesla Plaid takes on all comers. Modified Vette's, Demon's, stretched bikes etc. etc. Basically the guy has to feather the go pedal to keep from getting kicked out of the track for running too fast of an ET without a cage. He runs low 9's all...

    Water pump and timing chain

You must not have replaced either the phasers, plungers or both though if your parts price was that low. My waterpump failed at 91,000 miles and I figured it's a 50/50 chance that either the plungers or phasers go before 182,000 miles so I replaced everything. Too much work doing it all over...
