Actually Fe2O3Holy crap. That car is awesome. Let alone the dry sump setup.
Actually my customized oil pan is getting welded this weekend and should be back monday. Then another test fit next weekend hopefully. I am ordering some exhaust flanges from SHOsource soon. Now the goal is to get the rust fixed and that is now the priorty. Got to order new jack points and small part of the unibody. Ahh the fun of FeO2

What are you doing for a tranny?
You're looking at many of the same things I'm addressing right now. I just cut out my transmission tunnel yesterday afternoon.
I would really like to do a dry sump, however I cannot justify the cost of an $800-$900 pump! Instead I plan on modifying the factory pan. I will clean it until it's fit to eat off of, and then I will have it professionally tig welded. I am confident that the welds will provide a good seal.
And BTW, I plan to make up for the lost volume by making the pan wider to the passenger side only, as I believe the starter on the driver's side will most likely prevent me from widening it on that side.
so uhhh.
whats all this?
