Simple enough?

Thanks for the kind words Fred. I'm doing all I can to fix all this.

Guys, let's keep this focused and as civilized as possible.

It's too easy to push a bad situation over the edge of the cliff.

Please stay focused on your order / circustances only. Thanks.

Brian, continued good luck in getting everything straightened out. I personally see a lot of effort on your part in making good on everything & not getting frustrated. Let's keep the ball rolling so we can get SBG at 100% again. :thumb:

Did you get my PM with the tracking info?

B

Yup we did.

Still waiting though.

Nice to know it's on it's way just the same.

And it's officially snowing here now. I guess I won't be doing any hard runs once it's installed. I may simply wait for spring now.

It was along wait but they got here today. Thanks Brian.

I just want to make sure I assemble these right. Do the regular washers go outside the bracket in all cases leaving only the lock washer on the outside??

Sorry it took so long. I am getting back on track though. I'll be working with a Co. soon that will set up auto-ordering..meaning....when you place your order, it will automaticlly order from the vendor. That way the cust. won't have to wait for me to physically order it.

Brent, I think so. But ask on the forums to make sure. I have'nt used them yet myself.

Brian. Have you had a chance to contact Matt regarding the A-pillar tripod GB?

PLease, we need an update. Last thing we heard was the prototype was sent back and otherwise ready for production. Personally, this piece is very important to me so please update.

He sent me an e-mail on Wednesday afternoon. He (like I'm sure a lot of us did) went out of town for Thanksgiving. I'm guessing he'll be back tonight or tomorrow.

Well since I'm unencumbered by US Turkey Day, other than for the NFL games, I spent Saturday putting on my tower braces.

All done and waiting for roads to be nice enough for a balls to the wall run.

I cant believe I am on page 9 of this ridiculous tale of crap!!!!
I have never delt with any bogus vendors since i bought my 1989 2 years ago.
Even JC whitney has a better track record than this guy.....
Why didnt you folks just go to one of the many vendors that have provided great parst at fair prices????
oh..I get it......you just had to have that ..???

I'm not going to come to Brian's defense because I don't know the tale any better than anyone else does but I would suggest that people went to this vendor because it had a great track record. When I owned Midwest SHO it was us and SHO Nut if you wanted stuff. SHO Shop had fallen apart, Performance Plus was falling apart, FPS had lost touch with the community (pricing-wise)...

Brian bought a company (and a customer base) that was used to good service and great communication. I think that is why people went to this guy and with all due respect you've not been around long enough to know that.

I've run into problems. We all have. We can all sit here and chastize Brian for what he did. I can say that if I were in the same situation as some of these guys I would be more than ****** but here's the thing... At the end of the day none of us went through that situation. None of us were facing the possibility of losing our house, being in poor health, feeling overwhelmed and unable to pull yourself out of a hole that seems to be getting deeper by the day. So unless you have been in that situation or are directly involved in this I'm not sure any of us are qualified to comment.

I think Brian has good intentions. That he re-mortgaged his house to get him out of this shows that he is not out to take you guys. Bankruptcy could have been another option and would have netted everyone nothing and he would have walked away clean...

Food for thought.

Thanks Mike.

I bought SHO SHOp, and MidWest SHO to continue offering parts, and making some new/obsolete parts available to the SHO community. I fell on some strange times, and I am now playing catch-up. I'm NOT going anywhere. I WILL get caught up, and we will go on as usual. I apologize to the community for all the BS that has beem/is going on recently.
