Brian, I really would like an update on the Gen III A pillar group buy. It's not in the group buy section any more, and I'm sure people here, as well as the TCCA would like to know what the status is.

No Worries. I understand your ( and everyone else's ) frustration. I went through a 'bad spot' and now am catching up. It's taking longer than I like....but I have to wait on vendors myself also.

Except you told me (a month ago??) my tower braces were shipped to your home by mistake so all you should have to do is send them to me. No need for vendor intervention in my case, and since you have them in your posession they should be considered low hanging fruit and dealt with first? Or earlier than new orders anyway???

I agree with you. I've had your parts in my possesion TOO LONG. That's why I drop ship....If things come to me, I have a difficult time ( I'm not defending right or wrong ) reshipping due to my Life schedule. I have ( I think ) about 4-5 peoples parts here at my house that I NEED to ship. Finding the time to, organize, figure out what goes where, etc.. has slowed me down even more. I have/make NO excuses for this. Just know/understand that I'm NOT trying to rip you off. You WILL get your parts. I can't apologize enough for the inconvenience I've caused alot of my customers. I can only Garauntee that this IS/WILL NOT be the norm. As I stated in a post above.....I went through a 'bad spot', and am working to catch up.

No Worries. Matt was 'spearheading' the Gen3 gauge pod deal, and I need to get together with him on that. I'm also Hoping to get him back with SHO Bros. He's an invaluable asset. I've talked to him a little....but nothing has come from it yet. We have'nt / don't always see 'eye to eye'....but I think that's a Good thing....lol I'm starting a New, Perm.day job on Mon., but it should'nt slow me down too much. I'm almost completely caught up with my backorders.

well im still hoping to get my parts... serisously it has been 4 months now... and its been three weeks since you said you had stuff under control and would be shipping my stuff out "very soon". im at my wits end. can i please have a shipping number. if not please refund my money to paypal. my email is [email protected]
my order was for the full suspension kit from keystone powder coating and aluminum subframe bushings. the shipping was $68. i already recieved the aluminum subframe bushings so im just looking for the $399 for the suspension kit and lets say $51 for the shipping to make it an even $450. that seems a little low because i dont think it costs $17 to ship bushings but this would more than satisfy me at this point.

So how are we coming on my tower braces?
well i think it is safe to say that this is the most annoying situation ever. like once a month we hear from this guy and promises are made but never followed up on. im beyond angry, im just ****** off now. the only thing i asked this guy was that he keep the lines of communication open while he is out playing with my $570 and that when ever he feels like it and gets around to it maybe ship me some parts. that was obviously too difficult.

I have read all of the drama here and despite that I still placed an order for the y-pipe from SHObros. Brians got 2 months to send me my item or give me a refund before i explode.
nice try ive been waiting for four months for either and still cant even get an email from him. in the past 4 weeks. i check this forum everyday and my email and pm's and have recieved nothing. i honestly think if his communication skills were better he wouldnt have lost many customers but this is showing a total lack of effort. i can honestly say im not sure i will ever do business with shobros again. im that angry.

Edit: In fact, I hope you do lose your money - you deserve to. What's more, after checking with a lawyer, it seems that legally you won't be entitled to get your money back. You knew going in that there was big problem with Shobros. Too bad!
