Some of those things like the prop valve may not be available new. I never checked aftermarket but I doubt those are available. I only had to replace one and I did it with a used unit.

Yea maybe ill just keep it, the nuts there at it on the brake line dont look bad. Its a good thing to have since slamming on the brakes puts most if not all of the force to the front. I like the idea of it so ill do my best to keep it installed.

You can't just remove it. That would probably allow way too much rear bias. Even more than the bias plugs to keep them constantly engaged. Which I would probably not recommend without upgraded fronts.

Finished with the intake pipes. Not perfect but alot better. Sanded and wetsanded in many stages but i wasnt happy with the polish look so i painted them with high temp aluminum color. Wetsanded at high grit and buffed them, need to clean up the gasket areas a bit. Still have to do the valve covers and timing cover also.

The first pic is a stock intake with the gasket in place. When you put a new gasket on you'll see right away if it's ported or gasket matched. If you look into it and see very little casting marks it's probably been ported. If you don't see a metal lip showing on the inside of the gasket like the 2nd pic then it's been gasket matched.

Then, if it looks like this on the inside, it's been extrude honed. If your intake is extrude honed then you really hit a homerun with that car. Not many people are willing to spend the money for EH.

Got my intake gasket and rubbers kit. Why is there 4 gaskets for the butterfly valves? I only remember removing 2

When the air horns are still installed you would use all 4. With big bore butterflys you remove the air horns and then only use 2. Your air horns are in a box in one of those pics you posted.

Back head that looks different from the front has a sticker on the valve cover. Front head is cleaner even on the side casting where it mounts to block. Rear looks same as block for dirtmatching.
