2016 SHO Shudders Low Throttle

New guy and first time post. I have a 2016 SHO PP with 28,000 and lately when driving at low speeds after i have been parked seems like i get a hesitation or shudder (very jerky). Mostly happens when going from reverse to drive. I have searched google and have found nothing and decided to come to the experts any help will be much appreciated.

Check drivetrain fluid level and condition first - transmission, ptu, rdu. Next check the torque mount/dogbone for movement when shifting from P to R, and R to D, etc. Then check for play in the driveshaft, maybe the carrier bearings are failing.

I'm having something similar. At low speeds (parking lot speeds) my throttle seems to be a on/off switch. There is no smooth transition. My car is all stock, tune and all.

2013 PP with 96k
Oasis report shows all recommended maintenance performed during its life. I drained the PTU last week and filled with redline lightweight shockproof. As well, I cleaned the TB with seafoam spray and the car is running royal Purple 5w-20 for 1000 miles to cleanout. I have not specifically seen recorded showing trans flush at any time.

I would do the 5 quart in and 5 quart out method on the trans to see if that helps. Our trans do not like dirty fluid.

OE fluid? I don't know why I didn't think of a semi-flush. I added up the cost for a full flush and fill and got gun shy.
