For the guys who haven't done it yet, I blacked out all my window trim with a metallic black vinyl you can buy on eBay. Pretty easy job and matched the paint if you have the metallic black.

Another member JasonoftheRuger paint matched his and it looks damn good. I am sure he wont have any objection if I post a picture of his car comparing it to mine.

You are NOT allowed to post pics of his car because every time I see his car I get closer to hitting that damn mouse button and buying those wheels! :burnout:

I see it every day. It has been instrumental on why I hate my chrome so much....

Also, I can't justify spending 2k on wheels and tires because I just spent 1000 on tires in the past year. Have to wait until they wear out first.

Can you share the link? I found glossy black, not metallic.
How many 12 x 60's did you use? Or did you get rolls?

I ended up having mine all painted tuxedo black. Couldn't find anyone that would wrap them

That is exactly what I am going to do. Did you remove all of the trim pieces yourself?

Look up Metallic black vinyl wrap. I used 1 of those sheets I believe. I just cut it into strips. A hair dryer works great for making turns and stretching it.

All trim was removed and sprayed. I paid $300 to have it done as I didnt have the time or equipment to do it correctly

I am pretty sure I will be going down that route as well.
