E-town suspends drag racing

I know there are a few Jersey and NY guys that use this track. I just got a text from a buddy and had to Google for myself. The family is "restructuring" the business and it seems drag racing is not part of the plan. Looks like I'll now have to drive another hour each way to Atco.

Yep that stinks.. Just think how busy Atco and Island are going to be now..

Atco is a joke. You get 3 runs in if everything goes smooth. Which it never does. Shame it's a fast track. Just to many people around here.

Street racing is gonna rise, that's all.

And it's only going to get worse now.

Agreed. All the not in my backyard about building a new track anywhere but lots of people are still going to race and if there isn't a track they will do it on the street.
