I am new to the forum and would like some general feed back regarding my experience with the Diablo Sport i2 2020 Tune (93 Octane).
Back ground - 2015 SHO purchased in Oct 2015 - Current Millage 5K - Roush Cold Air Intake - Corsa Cat Back Exhaust - Diablo Sport 93 Octane Tune

I have been driving with the modified tune for about a month and a half now and initially had issues with the tune. Loss of Throttle body during initial write (had to bypass Diablo's Software Bug with the Easy Tune by going into the advanced options and then disable the speed limiter) that regained the drive by wire, yeah no gas peddle means I was not going any ware. Inconsistent response and shifting during a moving downshift. I noticed that while going around a turn with no acceleration or braking the rpms jump up and then back down then jump up again and back down. Specifically while going up and down a 5 story parking garage every day. If I am at WOT and let off the gas and then a second later hit the gas peddle back WOT the car basically feels like it has no idea what to do and has no response at all the about three seconds later it regains its response. There are a few other little quarks I have noticed but I want to try and keep this short and sweet. Unless someone wants a detailed lengthy post.

Anyways, I am at 5K and I flashed my car back to stock for my first 5K maintenance at the dealership on Saturday. Has any one used the Diablo Sport i2 2020 93 Octane Tune and experienced some of these issues or any other concerns???? I am thinking about leaving it stock for a bit and hunting down an all wheel dyno shop and considering getting a dyno tune.

I don't have any experience with them but if I was having issues like that I would move on. Either look into a dyno shop or buy a tuner from Unleashed or Livernois. Both give solid tunes with perfect drivability (yeah, made that up) that feel stock until you put the pedal down.

Both my 2013 and my 2016 stock do this. Still miffed about it - it makes the car completely unenjoyable to play with :)

Thanks for the reply. If I decide to go that rout I will do some more research into those two tuners other than the quick googling I just did.

Re: the WOT .. as I am back to a stock tune this week I will try to replicate it and see if it does it now too. Not sure if it did it before the tune.

I have a 2013 PP, been running the diablo tune for a little over 10k miles and have not had any of the problems you are saying.

Its still a little sluggish in drive, but if you put it into sport it wakes up quite a bit. Seen numbers of folks in the 12s with the stock 93 diablo tune, which obviously livernois is better but i got a good deal on my tuner/tune.
