I can't find a readout for the oil pressure on my 2015 SHO. I found the fuel and coolant gauge but no reading for oil pressure ?? Anyone ?

Aha :) You will need to use a smartphone/tablet/Windows PC to run software like Torque Pro, DashCommand, Forscan etc. along with an OBDII wifi/bluetooth adapter to read parameters like oil pressure or boost level or trans temp etc. That info is considered "unnecessary" in the dash/instrument cluster display.

EDIT: Might get warning messages, but not continuous readouts.

There isn't an oil pressure variable available because the car (at least pre 2013) doesn't have an actual sensor - just an on/off type that indicates if you have pressure or you don't.

If you don't have a certain amount of oil pressure is there an alert sound or window that would be a warning ?

If you lose oil pressure you will definitely get an alert on the dash...
So at idle my 2011 SHO dings at me and shows oil can light. A little push on accelerator and it goes back to normal readout. But as soon as idle drops back to normal (approx 670 rpm's) dings again. Only used to do it in cold weather, after being driven for 15 mins or more, while in gear. Now progressed to in park as well. Any thoughts?

Did you have the oil changed recently? How much oil was added? What filter was installed? The manual may say 5.5 qt is sufficient but with a filter change, 6 quarts may actually be needed. Also, the Motorcraft OEM filter (FL500) is a hearty & stout filter in this application, and should be your goto, unless you are running high end long interval synth oil.

It could just be the oil pressure switch sender going bad...or something much worse. I would do another oil change taking Shodded 's advice and if it doesn't go away get to the dealer.
