Very belated thanks to Andrew for the Quaifed tranny I bought from him a few months ago.

He was really patient while I arranged to have someone pick it up for me (thanks to Heather too for picking it up and holding on to it, and Kirk for relaying it home!) and I finally pulled the tranny apart today to remove the Quaife so it can be installed in the 2002.

Everything was exactly as described, and I would gladly do business with him again any time! :salute:

Thanks Chris! What kind of condition was that thing in?
Everything looked great. The Quaife and the ring gear looked mint so I didn't even bother with having Josh arrange to have Autotech/Quaife check it out. I haven't pulled the shafts apart or looked at the synchros and rings yet, but all the gears look mint with almost no wear, all the cups and bearings looked good, etc. and there was very little gunk on the magnet. Overall, one of the cleanest 20-year-old tranny's I've ever seen!

Thanks again!
