Bad ground? Check the ground on the back of the intake. Does your tach move when you turn the car over? Do you have the bolts in your intake crossover tube? And any codes?

then you need to check to make sure the coil, plugs, and wires are good and the DIS as well.

I take it the motor will turn but there isn't any signs of combustion taking place?

I thought if no rpms were present it means bad cam sensor. But, if they are present it usualy means good cam sensor. You. Probly have bad crank sensor, bad coil,m or you computer does not like your car but I still think ground. O yea I think if you do not plug in the oil pressure sensor the car will not start its a saftey feature

there are a number of people who have removed the stock sensor and installed a gauge sensor in its place and their cars start.
